c) Client Login / webBrokera:
The “Client Login” function redirects users to websayt.08v.ru. The public website itself does not store client login data. After login, data required for authentication, access to client infrastructure, technical support and security logging may be processed.
d) Remote support / RustDesk:
For remote support, we may process connection identifiers, IP addresses, connection times, technical logs and information visible during the remote support session. Remote access is provided only for support purposes.
e) Technical website data:
When visiting the website, technical data may be processed, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, visited pages, referrer URL, date and time of access and log files.
f) Cookies and tracking technologies:
The website may use cookies and similar technologies. Some cookies are necessary for the operation and security of the website. Analytics and advertising tracking are used only where enabled and, where legally required, only after consent.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

5. Contact form
When you send a message through the contact form, your email address and message are used to answer your request. The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam and automated abuse.
The contact form is voluntary. Without providing an email address and message, we cannot respond to your request.

We use Google Search Console to monitor the technical visibility and performance of the website in Google Search. Google Search Console provides aggregated information about search queries, impressions, clicks and indexing status. It is not used by us to identify individual website visitors.
8. Google Analytics and Google Ads Conversion Tracking

We may use Google Ads lead forms to allow potential clients to contact us directly through Google advertisements.
If you submit a Google Ads lead form, we may process the personal data provided in the form, such as your full name, email address, phone number, company name, job-related contact details and the content of your request.
This data is used only to contact you, respond to your request, prepare an offer and provide information about our IT services. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
Google Ireland Limited may process the data as provider of the Google Ads lead form service. Data may also be processed by Google LLC in the United States.
Google Ads lead form requests that do not result in a contract are stored for up to 6 months after the last communication, unless longer storage is required by law or for legal claims.
Google Analytics and Google Ads Conversion Tracking are currently not active on this website. They may be enabled in the future.
If enabled, these services will be used to measure website visits, user interactions and advertising conversions. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and may process data such as IP address, device information, browser information, referrer, visited pages and conversion events.

11. Email, backups and remote support infrastructure
Email communication via it@08v.eu is processed through our own mail server. The mail server is located in a data center in Moscow, Russian Federation. Backups are also stored in the Russian Federation at a separate physical location.
RustDesk remote support infrastructure is also operated on our own server infrastructure in the Russian Federation. Default technical logs may be stored for security and troubleshooting purposes.
12. Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients where necessary:
- website and hosting provider uKit;
- Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC for reCAPTCHA, Search Console, Analytics and Ads Conversion Tracking where used;
- own mail server and backup infrastructure in the Russian Federation;
- own RustDesk and webBrokera infrastructure;
- WhatsApp / Meta and Telegram, if you contact us through these services;
- tax advisors, legal advisors or authorities, if legally required;
- IT service providers and technical infrastructure providers, where required for operating the services.
- Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC for Google Ads lead forms, where used;
13. International data transfers
Personal data may be processed in Germany, the European Union, the United States and the Russian Federation.
Data submitted through the website, email or remote support may be transferred to and stored in the Russian Federation because our mail server, backups and RustDesk infrastructure are located there. uKit may also process data in the United States, the European Union and the Russian Federation.
For transfers outside the European Economic Area, we use available safeguards where applicable and limit the transferred data to what is necessary. Transfers to countries without an EU adequacy decision may involve additional risks, including limited enforceability of data subject rights and access by foreign authorities.
If you do not want your request to be processed through infrastructure located in the Russian Federation, please do not use the contact form and contact us first to agree on another communication method.
14. Storage periods
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
The following storage periods apply:
- contact form requests that do not result in a contract: 6 months after the last communication;
- correspondence related to a provided service: until completion of the service plus 12 months;
- RustDesk, server and security logs: up to 90 days;
- backups: usually overwritten or deleted within 90 days;
- accounting, invoices and tax-related documents: for the statutory retention periods;
- data required for legal claims, disputes or unpaid invoices: until the matter is resolved and applicable limitation periods have expired.
